Print Guidelines

Any print journalist requesting a familiarization trip or ship visit should contact the appropriate PR representative for review and evaluation. Journalists must send the following information for consideration: letter of assignment, publication name, circulation, date article will be printed, contact information for publication, preferred ship and sail date.

Journalists who book on their own but require assistance with interviews and other press courtesies must contact the appropriate PR representative and provide them with their ship, sail date and any specific requests they might have.

Television Guidelines

A full outline of the proposed format, including show profile, length of broadcast, focus of content, distribution channel, etc. must be supplied to and approved by the appropriate PR representative

Television crews must always be accompanied by a PR representative, whether they are on a press trip or a ship visit.
